How can I protect myself from an malevolent co-worker?

Question : I really need some guidance as to how I can deal on a spiritual level with a work colleague who is getting under my skin to such an extent that I feel like scramming if she comes near me. I have been in my job for 2 years and this girl joined around 6 months ago, since than she constantly undermines me, contradicts me and make judgmental remarks. She watches everything I do and is just waiting for me to get something wrong. I am beginning my personal development studies but would welcome your advice how to cope with his girl now. I feel I can't progress with my studies because of the negative feeling she sends me and the anger that knots inside me. She's blocking my progress and I hate her for that.

REPLY : Of course you can't go forward until you feel serene, and she has become the forms of your mental block. Try this exercise. Imagine, next time she is near you, that you are inside a clear bubble that wrap you totally from head to foot. The bubble is invisible to all but you, but it creates an impermeable membrane between you and the outside. Only that which you permit can come through the membrane and you won't permit her or her thoughts through. If this is too hard to image for you, or if you prefer, imagine yourself in a cloud of wondrous perfume, that has the same effect. When she is near, will your protection to be wider; when she is away permit it to shrink into you. Create this screen whenever you feel under any pressures. It works wonders. Actually, you will develop a serenity that will be reflected in all you do. People will see you glad with calm confidence, and you will preserve your goodness from those who would drain it.
